What are my payment options?
All payment must be made payable to T-Pot Marketing Sdn. Bhd. You may pay via Debit/Credit card or Online Transfer to our bank account.
Once the transaction is done, send us the proof of payment and we will process your order for you.
Do you have delivery service?
Yes, we provide delivery service for all walk-in customers. We provide delivery service in Klang Valley Area. Delivery charges are based on the distance (km) stated on Google Map.
Can I get free delivery?
Yes. Customers that purchase above RM3000 in a single receipt is entitled for FREE DELIVERY to the 1st destination (within 50km from [email protected] Kemuning).
If requested to deliver to a second destination, delivery charges will be charged based on the distance between the 1st and 2nd destination.
How do I claim warranty for a faulty unit?
(Note: Strictly no warranty for commercial usage.)
OH NO!!! MY TV SCREEN CRACKED!!!
Oops, sorry. TV warranty do not cover cracked or broken screens and damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, natural disasters or accidents.
However, if you received your TV from the courier service in cracked condition, do contact us within 24 hours from the receiving time for warranty exchange. Else, warranty will be void.
Can I reserve a product that I want?
Yes. You can pay a deposit of 30-50% of the original price. Deposit paid is not refundable. A full payment needs to be settled within 7 days from the invoice issued date.
Failing which, T-Pot Marketing Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to forfeit the Deposit paid earlier.
Do you collect spoiled/old electrical items?
